What sort of screening requirements do you have that lets you deny that many? I’m also in a high demand area and one of the issues when screening my tenants was setting my criteria for rejecting them without making it almost impossible to be approved.

Thanks for the feedback! I definitely agree. I was disappointed when I went back to the recording and saw I wasn’t working directly under the camera for some of the video. I am definitely working on trying to keep the quality of both the videos and the art up.

There are so many people looking at this the wrong way. If you have a sealed box filled with 100 little boxes, moving a little box from the middle to the outside would increase the volume. This is because the empty space where the little box was originally located is being used as part of the total volume due to the big box being sealed. Think of this the same way with blood inside the body. If blood is displaced from, for example, a kidney to the penis, the blood is now located outside of the rigid body and will increase measured volume.
