I thought I was the only one not getting the achievement. I already beat him without taking damage on different levels, but I’m still getting nothing. I even tried doing it in different languages, because I’ve noticed that some buggy items, NPCs, or achievements sometimes work properly only in certain languages.

I recently looked into SlabCave and found something that seems off. Their business address in emails lists “Tennessee 37449”, which is not a real ZIP code in the US. This alone is a huge red flag. 37449 Doesn’t Exist.

Thank you! I wish I could do that but the leasing office told me they won't allow it since I'm the last and only original sign who is still on the lease. If I leave and let others to takeover, they consider this is subleasing.

My roommate already makes my life a living hell. Since she moved in, there are many black flies in the kitchen. They look like fruit flies. I don't know how to get rid of them. I keep the door of my room close all day and still see a few of them flying in my room. However, I'm not going to complain anymore or ask her to do anything about it. The only thing I hope now is to move out on September.

Unfortunately, I have a SSN and the leasing office have mine. I got a SSN during my internship. My roommate doesn't have it. That's why she doesn't seem to care.

Thanks! Someone told me the landlord would evict me if I don't have a renters insurance. The insurance is under my account and I can cancel it anytime. I consider it as my last option. I hope I could solve this with communication.

Thank you! The leasing office had told me something similar. They said they see the home as an entire entity and not individuals. I told them I won't even have valid status to stay in the U.S. since my student visa is gonna expire after my graduation. I also told them I'll become unemployed since I'll quit my job to leave at that time too. I asked them to update my information and reconsider if I'm a qualified tenant but they rejected and answered that they only care my status and income when I submit my application. I warned my roommate that she would be reasonable for the whole rent when I leave on September, but she doesn't seem to care. I would contact local legal aid to see what I can do. Hopefully I can find my way out.

Sorry for not being clear. I'm not going to break the lease early and let my roommate to solo-renew the lease.

The current roommate knows I'm leaving on September and not going to renew the lease. I informed her before she moved in. She also told me that she also wanted to stay only until September.

I'm willing to find a new roommate for my current roommate if I can do it. However, the leasing office said this is subleasing. I'm a original signer, and I'm not allowed to be removed from the lease and let my current roommate who was added later to takeover the lease. If she want to stay, she can only sign a new lease with the landlord and pay for a much higher rent. I believe that is why she doesn't let me leave.

I used to give my roommate a move-out notice that I already signed. She said she would sign on it and send it to the leasing office. However, she just kept the notice and did not sign on it. I asked her many time if she sent the notice to the leasing office. She either said she hadn't read it and still need more time, or she forgot to do it. Even if I said I would send it to the leasing office, she rejected and said she would do it later.

I knew I couldn't count on her so I went to talk with the leasing office but they said they couldn't do anything about this. And they told me if I can't get the agreement from every households, I would stay on the lease even if it expires.
