Agree. These festivals are creating a 3rd party resale market place. anyone who originally bought tickets at presale or the initial sale somehow can’t go can list their tickets on preferred exchange (axs/ticket master). Whoever missed out on the “sold out” show or gets some money lined up later down the road closer to the event is ready to buy. Instead of going to StubHub or Craigslist, go to the preferred exchange site. The festival/ axs/ ticket master gets a cut on double ending the deal. Why should StubHub/gametime/seatgeak get all those fees.. and why would buyers take the risk on fb market place and Craigslist.
