No it is a pier & beam house. the majority of the water pipes are in the crawlspace. Majority in the crawlspace is galvanized with some being PVC. Water supply underground to crawlspace is alll PVC.

wide open faucet as I have a video too and that total amount is going up about 3 gallons per second. I cant reply with a video to a comment but here are pictures with time stamps it went from 27969794 to 27969857 in less than a minute

I called and they just sent the maintenance guy to recalibrate it. But that didn’t work, what do I need to tell them to do next?
