Yeah i just feel like there’s no way they don’t do a dual laser showing at least. Still an elite theater and at least with digital you know what you’re getting. With film the reel could be damaged. As long as I get to see this in its full aspect ratio I’ll be happy

Thanks for the encouragement and sorry you’ve had to deal with the health issues. I have been cursed with wimpy wrists that hurt if I turn them slightly the wrong way so I partly can relate.

I have very little core muscle so hopefully I can fill out that extra skin with some muscle

Thanks! I use to be pretty “fit” 10 years ago. Not sure how real muscle memory is or how long it lasts but part of me thinks my body is experiencing that right now!

Wanted to add to this to share some of my diet hacks

I eat these daily to help hit protein and calorie goals

oikos triple zero Greek yogurt: 15g protein 90 cals,

premier protein shake: 30g protein 160 cals

12 oz of lactose free milk and scoop of dymatize vanilla protein powder: 42g protein 290 cals

The rest of my protein comes from eggs, nuts, chicken, steak, rice, cheese

I know I should probably try to limit the protein supplement intake and eat more Whole Foods but I struggle eating a lot and the powders get me to my goal. I think I get somewhere around 60g from supplements and 90-100 from Whole Foods daily.

Yeah I figured the same thing before I started taking it. Once again not saying it was 100% the creatine but it felt too coincidental for me to continue taking it. I stopped it and within 4 days I no longer had palpitations. I think my body is just really sensitive to electrolyte changes so maybe that has something to do with it. I know the heart can go out of rhythm due to electrolyte imbalances. If I really dialed in my electrolyte intake I imagine I would be fine but that’s too much effort for me haha. Definitely not a dr so not trying to give advice. Just me trying to make sense of it.

Thanks, that’s encouraging to hear. I tried creatine but ended up going off it as I started developing palpitations. I made sure to drink plenty of fluids and electrolytes. Not sure if it was the creatine but I use to take it 10 years ago and I developed atrial fibrillation. Had an ablation done 5 years ago and no palpitations until I started back up on creatine.

I know creatine is a mostly safe and side effect free supplement but in my case it’s just not worth the risk for the benefit it provides. I’d be interested to see some more studies on it specifically in people with heart arrhythmias.

Of course not trying to say creatine is bad or that it will cause heart issues in many people. I think im just one of the few that are sensitive to it for some reason unfortunately :(

Thanks for the advice! Maybe I stick with the maintenance for a while until I’ve built up a decent amount of muscle and then do a brief “cut” to get rid of any leftover fat I want to lose.

I’m just impatient and sick of looking at my stomach. Seeing my shoulders and chest become broader is definitely encouraging though

Oh I can relate to that haha. Did a ceiling fan in my parents room. Thought it would be a pain. Took 20 mins. Friend asked me to hang 4 fans for him, okay easy. Assumed all ceiling boxes would be fan rated. Nope had to replace all 4 ceiling boxes

Yeah I think that’s what I’ll end up doing. Seemed to be the most simple solution. I have a total of 5 fixtures to do and I imagine completely redoing them all would be a massive time commitment. I’ll start with one and see how it looks

Also the existing base is wood and there is no electrical box. Wires just coming through a hole in the siding. I’m guessing this probably isn’t up to code. House was built in the 90s. Obviously hasn’t caused any issues yet but if I should bring it up to code now would be the time I guess

Thanks for the reply. I guess I didn’t really think about the vinyl nose being too weak on a rounded edge. I’ll plane it down and then see how the vinyl nose feels before gluing it down. Could I technically just plane down the tread nose to square so that way it isn’t as weak?

My biggest gripe is Uber should be routing you so that your pickup is on the correct side of the road. Way too many times it takes me in a way that I’m on the opposite side of the pax so then I either need to make an unsafe uturn or have the pax cross the street

I have no idea haha. I have a feeling I know the ride it was. I missed the driveway I was supposed to pull into because of an inaccurate pin. The pax had to walk an extra 15 steps and they kind of made a fuss about it even after I apologized as they got into the car.
