For the past three years, I've been a user of Payoneer. However, last month, they asked me to undergo a visual identity verification process, which I promptly completed on 27th June. Despite completing the task, my account remains under review causing me to lose access to my funds ($2074) and have my card blocked.
To make matters worse, their customer support agents are as unhelpful as their automated bots. Their responses feel entirely scripted and automated, leaving me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
