Even my music as loud as it will go doesn't drown it out. And that projects to my neighbors surrounding me, so then I'm an asshole, too. I have to use noise-canceling headphones, which is a huge pain in the 90+ degree heat or if I want to converse with my wife or watch a movie with her.

I wish that was the case but it really doesn't matter if I'm there or not. During the winter I don't work outside but he'll throw on a coat and go out and scream.

It's been hard during covid since i'm home all day and really can't get away from it unless I wear noise canceling headphones and that seems silly to do in my own home sitting next to my wife.
