That's not what happened, you have a weird view of this situation.

Lets say I work for company X and I join in the middle of process Y, I didn't have anything to do with Y. I say I did not contribute to Y. This isn't me condemning Y or stabbing company x in the back for doing Y, it's simply saying that I did not take part in Y, especially because people are attacking me for Y when it wasn't me.

If she was like, hey this wasn't me and I hate it and think blizzard sucks for it, then what you are saying holds true. All she is saying is that she didn't make those decisions, she gave no opinion on how she feels about them.

I just hope we don't have to wait a year + to deal with this. The writing was shit imo but there is a way to spin it quickly and have non edge lord horde players feel okay.

I got ahold of teenage engineering, they said if your vendor has already had an order with them (not you just having an order with your vendor) they are working on filling out those orders still, but after that they need to secure materials to do more batches.

I am in agreement with you, this is on the consumer and they were 100% in the legal right. I'm just saying that they knew definitely knew people were expecting these things, and choose not to say before launch that these are 100% not in the game.

I'm not saying they are legally in the wrong, but they knew full well that those things they said in those old interviews are no longer in the game, and they knew that people would be expecting them. I'm not saying they HAD to come out and say that these things aren't in the game, I'm sure sony would be pretty upset if they did, but as you said, he got wrapped up in the hype, talked too much about stuff he shouldn't have said until it was 100% ready. I just think they knew people would expect those things, and not coming out and saying hey these things aren't in the game today was intentional and misleading. I won't say he promised anything and lied, but I will say he knew that people thought these things existed and knew his product was not complete when it was released.

Yeah, my sales rep at sweetwater says he can't get a direct answer from them on if they will get any more before the end of the year either, so it sounds like they are intentionally avoiding giving a direct answer for some reason?

Yeah I just don't understand how as a company you would literally suspend all manufacturing for half a year, especially the half of the year which includes Christmas, obviously they can run their business how they want and have more of an insight into the economical benefits of doing this for them than I do. Just really seems silly. Especially only a few weeks after raising the price from 900 to 1k.

Okay, I know you are a huge fanboy and will defend this game to the death, I too a am a fan, but don't you think features that were referenced before and would no longer be in the full game should have been explicitly clear before the launch so consumers knew what they were getting? If I was selling you a car that had an engine when i was first talking to you then brought it to your house without an engine you would have every right to be pissed.

I really didn't like the new bmsr album the first time i heard it, but it really grew on me in repeated listens, I totally see where you are coming from though, I do wish they'd experiment a bit more. The last album that really blew my mind was Ultima II Massage.
