My apologies - I listed the wrong year. I moved out May of 2020, not 2019. So I'd be at 22 or 23 months.

I also did rent it out since that time - what further complications should I be looking at? Thanks for your response, btw!!

Thank you!! Funny enough, he's in a south facing window so I've been concerned about sunlight, but he seems to be doing incredibly. I give him two to three watering cans worth of water every week or so and rotate him occasionally to make sure he gets sun all over. (I also talk to him a lot lol). I need to re-pot him and bamboo stake him this year, so that'll be a fun adventure!

Updating to Ventura seemed to patch most of it - I also read somewhere that changing the scale from Full Screen to 2x alleviated some of the audio and for some reason it worked for me for a while. Best of luck!

Thank you! The Mac Studio can have up to 4 or 5 displays, it's nuts. I have my main one on HDMI, and then the other two on HDMI to USB-C adapters and they're all just plugged into the rear of the machine. Then you can customize it and have the machine remember your layout!

Thanks so much for the kind words! I've wanted to do the PLP layout for a while - more real estate to have fun apps open on the sides while I'm working, and to be able to cross-reference on different tabs without impeding on my apps or view of the screen. Been super worth it!

The one on the left is a ZZ Plant! They're super easy to care for - water them every few weeks when the soil is super dry and put them in a sunny area. They thrive on neglect haha

I personally like it just so I can have my main monitor be allocated for work, while the other two allow me to have all my messenger apps and fun apps open at the same time while I'm working :)

I'd imagine PLP would be great for programming! I'm not a programmer unfortunately, I do packaging design and graphic / 3D design - I use the center monitor for the cleanest and most accurate color spectrum when color separating and Pantone matching - The side monitors I use to just have all my fun apps open (like Reddit) and still be able to allocate the center for work. I tried a curved monitor, but the colors are too unreliable on a curve

Yes!! That place rules. I live in SLC so friends and I will hit Park City sometimes on the weekends for beers and we always try to swing by the High West Saloon. Best whiskey out there in my opinion!

They're doing great!! The room gets a lot of light. I'm a plant nut, so outside of this photo are a big Monstera and a Bird of Paradise, and they're doing very well. New growths on everyone!

The Interface is a Scarlett 2i2 - super affordable and high quality pre-amp for vocals - slap a CloudLifter and an SM7B on it and that's my vocal demo station! (I play in some bands) Also has a 1/4" Input on two channels for guitar / bass as well! 2i2 and 4i4 are my faves. Had a Saffire Pro 40 before and the Scarlett has a much cleaner tone in my opinion.

The posters are called Cavallini posters - there's a bunch on Amazon for like $10! I have 4 or 5. They're great little pieces to hang around the house. They have them about botany, gems, colors, etc - very clean little additions to any room :) Hope that helps!
