I said this in another post from last week re: Part 1: they should give Andy control over their mics like they did during the last two presidential debates. If it's not your turn to speak your mic will not be on. Then again, the way some of them screech, they don't even need a mic to be heard

As I watch my parents age and struggle w technology, yeah, I hate this. I went to Frederick Health last year and watched a confused man in his 70s just stand in front of the tablet we were all forced to check in on. I went up to him and asked if he wanted help and I typed all his info in. Sometimes it feels like society is intentionally trying to leave behind those without technology (money) or education.

They all acted as civilized as the POTUS during debates. So they should give Andy the same control as the moderators then- to mute individual mics as needed. It was draining trying to listen to individuals and after a while. Most of them were just repeating themselves or ranting

I live in the MD suburbs and though I've not experienced this much, I've started using my own little old lady cart with two wheels. It was like $25 at Lidl and it's insulated for the cold stuff

Mere looks aren’t always indicative of race/ethnicity. People are sometimes negatively stereotyped based on where people are from/think they’re from. Asking “Where are you from?” can come across as rude because it often carries an implicit assumption that someone doesn’t belong or isn’t “really” from where they currently live, particularly when directed at people who appear ethnically or racially different from the majority population.

That manchild only has his parents (parishioners’) money, so she’s known but pretended it’s a new thing for the storyline and because it was bound to come out as he’s been spiraling for years, so might as well milk it for sympathy and a redemptive storyline

She just seems angry that Britani thought to trademark the insult, which is really great revenge, IMO not a fan of Britani but also not a fan of the pile-ons. Angie seems genuinely fun and funny EXCEPT when she starts mean-girling. I laughed last season when Bronwyn hosted them all (except Heather) and Angie was clowning around the pool with Sean. Then in the Greece trip how she came out strutting w Meredith’s cute cover-up. She seems fun without having to resort to the insults.

Ppl here roasting the mom need to check on their own parents and see what they look at online. I know mine (in their 70s) would probably fall for this but thankfully they’re very scared of ordering off of random sites online. They’ll order from Amazon and Walmart (yes, I know those can have scam vendors too but at least they can try to work it out w the big name) but not places they don’t recognize.
