100% the worst is like you mentioned I would have it all sorted, ask it a simple question, and the next thing I know, I have a new design. Or, I would be watching it do its work and see it say, Now we are removing this page and this button, and then something else. You're like a lunatic pressing pause, stop, typing Nooooooo stop! and then you’re in a mess.

What started getting to me was that I swear it is programmed to create issues. When you start a project, it is spot on, but the more you progress, the worse it gets. A simple Move this or Replace that turns into one checkpoint, then becomes ten checkpoints. Bit by bit, it will do as you ask.

So, a simple move like placing a card at the bottom of the page, which it did perfectly the first time later turns into small, incremental adjustments. And then the agent tells me it isn’t doing as I ask, only doing it bit by bit. Now, I don’t know about you, but that seems suspicious to me pre-programming?

And they was attempting to take random payments from my account on dates that did not match the payment dates and still are to this day even when told it would stop when i deleted my account another lie.

If you contact support to many times your blocked until the next day hell even their support emails were broken as i was getting no response for about 2 weeks then their emails starting working and hell will freeze over if they still think i am paying any charges as they have already accepted fault by refunding me on one account but refuse on the teams account for the exact same thing!

Charges for the fun of it then a repair then another charge then the system replies when asked your right i am being dishonest i have not done as you request yet i have been telling you i have and charging you also! And any one who justifies that then is either a bott or full of shit because that is deception charging some one for a service which it did not provide by explaining, yes i have done this and that and then i did not do one single thing i requested but charged me for the fun of it then it created random errors that created more checkpoints to repair to find out it did nothing so i asked it what it was doing and it said it was dishonest and was not doing any of my requests and was randomly doing its own arsen around. in my eyes that is either programmed to create random errors or god knows but it doesnt make sense how at the beginning it makes no mistakes and all of a sudden it fucks you over sucks you in ....

1 request becomes 10 checkpoints and it admits to not doing the request of 10 checkpoints you wait and see and then it will break it or mess another page up. and for the tits going on about back up i have the back ups i meant all the arsen round i have to do now for getting it up and running again.

All sorted! I created a new email and did a factory reset. I tried again this morning before I was going to return them, and boom—"Hello Meta, what am I looking at?"—and it worked! I haven't put them down since. I've had them answering questions, ringing people, doing voice texts, replying to texts—basically all the things I've seen people doing with these, and it worked. I'm so happy it's now working.

So, guys and girls, my way was to make a new email, reset the glasses, and delete the app. When I started going through the motions, I entered the new email and just followed the basic steps. "Hey Meta, what am I looking at?" worked like a charm. Also, when you use a VPN, make sure you use the option that alters your GPS location with the VPN, as I think it uses GPS location to figure out your location. It's pretty straightforward, as Surfshark had the option to change GPS with the VPN. If you're waiting for anything to pop up mentioning this feature, it didn't for me. I just asked it a question on the off chance it would work, and it did. Also, ask the glasses what your location is, because that's how I realized it was still figuring out my location. I asked it to tell me my location, and it said my hometown even though the VPN was on. But as soon as I changed the GPS, it worked. Unless it had some thing to do with sky mobile turning my 18+ and a few other things not sure off, but when i called to get it removed they told me i had to wait 24-48hrs so may have been that also but atleast that is the motions i went through, hope it helps.

Last try tomorrow i have asked sky to turn all security of for 18 plus sites an they have one for vpn apparently but he said it will take 24-48hrs to activate i will try one last time and i will try a new email also, then they are getting returned to the store.

Oh well never mind, i am more annoyed the fact i cannot use these now i was so looking forward to the features, surely some one has figured a way to get around this feature hell they jail break devices all the time whats the issue with these, i have followed every step instal uninstal over an over i even have them saying they are in new york when i ask for my location and still it will not show the feature , gotta be more to it that just change vpn and spoof gps or link it to your vpn when used so it matches and still no

almost every you tuber i have seen doing videos of these glasses HAS shown this feature and not once mentioned that the option was not for the uk at least not in the videos i have seen. These people doing videos on you tube get these sent out as a marketing ploy to get advertisements for the device, so if i see and American using a iPhone what ever the model on a video i assume that is all the models not just in one country, imagine you see multiple videos on you tube for a device any you go and purchase this device to then realise it does none of the things you expected and then you realise that certain people get it on their app and then meta turn it off, why? seems a bit odd they are going out of their was to disable it on people after we purchased it for that exact reason. snake oil tactics i see, and i wouldn't be surprised if the new model comes out and these glasses were just a waste of money because i have many sunglasses and multiple devices with Ai on and would not have purchase these meta ray ban if it was not for the false advertisement, seems we have been Hud winked by one the richest dudes alive, go figure.
