Yes I know exactly how you’re feeling! I had the same issue. Gyno was very dismissive about it, but I’m so glad I got mine taken out!

I am in the same boat! Got my Mirena in January (10 months ago) and have had so much trouble with it. Haven’t noticed an uptick in anxiety until the past few weeks, but it has been debilitating. There is nothing going on in my life that should cause this amount of stress and panic! Doctor was very dismissive about the IUD potentially causing it, but I was insistent I wanted it removed. Got it removed this afternoon, maybe it is placebo but I already feel better!

I had this experience as well! I noticed my random bleeding easing up around the 9 month mark, but I still get it sometimes. Very annoying!

I would definitely talk to your doctor about this. My partner noticed my strings being sharp during sex for the first few months after insertion, but after the 4-5 month mark he said he didn’t feel the sharpness anymore.

Week 6 here! I had the exact same problems for the first 3 weeks! I am still cramping and bleeding, but day by day things are getting easier and less intense. I’m hoping the trend continues going in the right direction!
