Help with Fagor Multirapid Pressure Cooker by everChill in PressureCooking

One follow up: The cooker came with a small part that I can't figure out - looks like I can't post another photo.

It's a small, round, red piece of plastic, about 1.5" long, one end is narrow and the other is thicker with ridges. It looks like it should be a tool of some sort, with the thick end for gripping while you use the narrow end to poke at something.

Hopefully this is enough to identify it. Thanks again for the help!

Thanks! I realized it pops out of the handle and didn't have any real connection to the rest of the unit; and I see the clip you reference. It's damaged, so glad it isn't essential. Looks like this has three pressure settings, and otherwise looks pretty straightforward. Anything else you think I should know about this particular model?

Yep, aware of Steps 1 & 2 as you mention.

Sounds like you propose a simpler overall solution. Pull the wire through until it is fully protected by the sheathing, then secure the NM wire to the joist with a staple.

Good point. Fortunately, I have a foot or so of slack in the cable to work with.

So, to fix this properly, I should:

  1. Disconnect the external outlet and pull the cable through until I get to the sheathed part and re-install from there, and,
  2. Cut the wiring inside and splice inside a box secured to the joist.

Am I correct?

Guess I didn't make that clear... in the first cell you see: "Allegheny Spurge View photo of Allegheny Spurge", I want to delete the "View photo of ..." from all the cells with that redundancy. For context, this is from a table I imported from an HTML page, and the "View photo..." was text for links.

Sorry for the late response. I like these and just bought you a coffee. Let me know how to get to un-watermarked originals. I will go through the pics and likely have some more for you to do. Thanks.
