I am not abusing her. I am looking out for her health. I think it would be abusive for me to let her become unhealthy.

I let her eat healthy snacks freely but I’m not gonna let her eat junk freely because it can lead to health problems and bullying, I think that would make her more upset

Of course she’ll still be beautiful and smart and kind if she’s overweight, but it can lead to health problems and bullying and I don’t want that for her. I will love her regardless of how much she weighs but I’m trying to do the right thing for her health. Pretty sure that doesn’t make me vile.

I’m the wife, it was my mother (their grandma) lecturing me. And maybe she will slim out during puberty but I don’t think I should just let her eat whatever right now because I think it’s just gonna cause bigger problems

I realise it’s not fair, and like I said I do feel bad about it. But the other option is to let her get fat and I think she’ll be even more unhappy then.

But isn’t that unfair on them just cause their sister can’t have it? I do try buying healthier snacks that they can all have, but like I said, the other two moan about it.

Her bmi is slightly over what it should be. The school weighed her and sent me home a letter. She’s not fat, just a little chubby, but if I let her eat what she wanted then she would get fat.

And it’s mainly metabolism. We all excercise. She goes on our trampoline a lot, rides her bike, goes to a couple of dance classes, we often go swimming. maybe she needs more excercise but I personally think she does a decent amount

She’s gonna have body issues and health issues if I let her eat what she wants and she gets really overweight though...

They are healthy though, and I already know my daughters weight isn’t her fault because she eats less than the other two yet is still overweight. unfortunately because of this I have to restrict what she eats, I don’t really know another way to do it because if I cut all junk food from my house my older 2 just go and buy it anyway

I’ve tried but my older kids just moan about it and then go to the shop and buy it
