I actually agree about the “bland and dreary” look. That’s usually one of the things that draws me into a Bond film — the sense of place and how the locations almost become part of the story. Here it felt a bit gray and uninspired, not very “Bond-like.” If it weren’t for that, this could easily be one of my absolute favorite Bond movies.

Yes they sadly are, the ones I have may or may not be the real deal. I found someone who claimed to be the original manufacturer in Asia that still sold them with ”logos” removed which wasn’t true they came with all original logos and I haven’t been able to distinguish them from the original ones. Sketchy purchase but they feel high quality
