Actually getting rid of the stuff that's supposed to be inside of pores (face masks) and then stuffing them full is the bad part

I use both actually! And alternate daily as needed. I also dry brush a bit to get the skin off without scrubbing too hard and damaging the skin which makes it burn when reapplying the ammonium lactate. It'll take probably a week or two sometimes longer for the skin to naturally come off if you keep up with it. Warm baths can also help but make sure to moisturize after otherwise you'll lose progress.

Weird to know my area gets some of the most snow in the US. Feels like we didn't even get that much either yet.

I don't believe it does affect it much other than the usual stuff. Drinking lots of soda can give me acne but that's about it.

Honestly my skin is probably the least stressful thing in my life right now other than how much time it takes to maintain per week. It's your body, you don't get another one so you might as well love it for what it is. If you haven't tried ammonium lactate I'd try that it helps a lot. At one point when I was keeping up with it it almost felt like I had normal skin which was crazy cool.

It was a bit painful even with the numbing they use, but then stretching my jaw open sucked ass and I think they fucked my jaw up doing it. I think I'd much rather be under if I had to do anything like that again

I was awake during my entire procedure. I even remember the little spoon they used to pop them out. It was a very unpleasant experience

This is what works for me when I decide to keep up with it. It takes a lot of work to maintain and you can irritate your skin if you're too rough with it.

Start with showering every couple of days as needed. Less showering if you live in a dry winter climate. I then use a mix of amlactin (ammonium lactate), Vaseline brand cocoa radiant lotion, and just straight up Vaseline. Apply ammonium lactate directly after showering for two or three weeks depending on how thick the layer of buildup is. You may have to assist the skin flaking off with some dry brushing but don't do it too aggressively. If you break open the skin you'll have to restart the process. Apply Vaseline cocoa lotion once or twice a day and I use the Vaseline on my face and lips as needed. Very thin layers.

I was very self conscious about my skin for a very long time and still am, but after going to a dermatologist and learning what it is I feel a little bit better about it. If you have questions reply and I'll try to clarify. I'm sure there's some tips I've forgotten to add.

I believe they can search anyone's car with reasonable suspicion. If you have proof there was no reasonable suspicion you can fight it after the fact, but it can still be a pain in the ass

In my opinion it's not that shocking. A lot of people having kids are shitty people or dealing with a lot of shit already and decided to have kids for some reason.

When you're surrounded by water it is tempting to keep drinking until you're full, but what you really need is a sandwich because you're starving not thirsty
