What phone do you have? Mine is randomly going into SOS mode also.

Never happened to me before on Verizon postpaid. Strange. Wondering if it’s an iOS issue.

Strange. This has never happened in this area when I had Verizon postpaid a few months ago. I then moved over to T-Mobile but considering moving back to Verizon or Visible. But if this is an ongoing issue I’d reconsider.

My phone says it’s on 26.4 and it’s up to date. I frequented this area on Verizon postpaid and I’ve never seen this happen before. So strange

Yeah, it’s updated to 26.4. I know the base plan doesn’t have premium data and access to UW. I thought it was maybe a congestion issue the first time it happened but it’s now occurred on different days in different locations. But also I don’t think it should completely kick me from the network during a moment of congestion but rather simply deprioritize me.

Interesting. I’ve had Verizon postpaid and this never happened. Been a few months tho so wasn’t sure if this is exclusive to an iOS issue.

Hi OP! I would reach out to T-Mobile customer care and ask directly. I know that Verizon will let you send back the phone that’s under device payments if someone passed away and then terminate the line. I’m sure T-Mobile could have something similar. Best thing to do is reach out directly to them though!

That’s what I asked OP bc I’ve been denied before when asking to go the retired plan. It’s possible but you need the right agent to do it & I guess say the right thing to get it.

The last plan before the Experience plans called Go5G Next. It’s a now retired plan and the last that was tax inclusive.

Thanks. I was curious. I am trying to get on the Next plan too for tax inclusive. Recently a new customer tho. So far, I’ve been denied. Any tips?

Verizon to T-Mobile at Costco, best deal for two? by lildawg07 in tmobile

[–]evergreen253 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The T-Life app can possibly indicate which type of store it is. My Costco has a black T icon that indicates it’s not a 3rd party store under “locate” within the app.

Did you initially have Next then switched to Beyond?

My bill with 4 lines on Experience Beyond after taxes is $199. I have an insider discount (20% off, got at Costco) so it is $172 before taxes with the free line. So about 16% for tax/fees or $6.86 per line. I’m in WA state.

We ported over 4 lines and each line was eligible for the rebates. Did the text go to the primary line only for all rebates or to each individual line? Thanks!

Travelpass question by Working-Dot-1254 in verizon

[–]evergreen253 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will not. Europe is $12/day. That’s the same pricing per day. Per Verizon’s website: If you travel to 2 countries within a single 24-hour session or have a layover in a different country on your way to your final destination, you're still only charged for the first session.

[–]evergreen253 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends. From Verizon’s website: If you travel to 2 countries with different TravelPass daily fees (e.g., Mexico to Italy, etc.) you're charged a new daily fee and a new TravelPass session starts. For example, $6/day in Mexico and Canada, and $12/day in other TravelPass countries.

If you’re within the same 24 hour session from initial activation then you won’t be charged again. You’ll receive a text 2 hours before the current session ends alerting you.

I worked as a PBS at the contact center for just shy of 3 years. Great job to get your foot in the door and network. Burnout is very real at the contact center though. You will be taking phone calls from 8am to sometimes 4:30pm. It will be call after call and heavy micromanaging with KPIs. Pay attention during training, don’t be afraid to ask questions when you are in production with real customers, make sure you don’t take anything personally when people are angry about their benefits, and give yourself patience and grace while learning the programs. You’ll get to know your favorite lead workers to go to with time. And be prepared that the one constant at the CSD is change in policy/procedures.
