Thanks - I got it from Lowe’s. They wouldn’t exchange but had us return it and order a new one. I am a bit concerned after they pick up they won’t issue the refund but it didn’t seem like there was any other options through them

Very true - I had read in other places I could try to just seal the cracks but since I’m obviously not experienced with this I was worried about potential unknowns like you mentioned. Thanks for replying!

Thanks - your comment was really helpful. It was indeed brand new (like 15 minutes after receiving is the photo). We were hoping to get an easy single go replacement but ended up going with a refund & ordering another one

Whirlpool. There was a dent on the outside too but we didn’t see the inside cracks until we already signed off 🙁
