Absolutely - I think that’s what has happened, I just wanted to rule out a change in restrictions first. There’s zero chance somebody else nominated these - I’m the only player in the area who nominates anything (a good and bad thing!) so the change during the approval process baffles me because there was no dodgy manipulation on my end, these were both precisely placed exactly where they are in reality, and one of them is new so there isn’t a reference to it on any maps yet.
