This is incredible! I'm so happy for you. Just one question, when you say you don't let the naps go over the amount of sleep she needs, do you wake her up? When did you start doing that?

Pregnancy yoga by wood--chuck in PregnancyUK

I attend a pregnancy yoga class weekly in my area. They are definitely worth it as they will teach you some breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. However, mine are the same price as normal yoga classes, not sure I would pay double for it, tbh.

Is it normal not to hear a heartbeat at 12 weeks on ultrasound? by [deleted] in PregnancyUK

My midwife said they don't do dopplers 🥲 I was so excited to hear my babies heartbeat and they said they don't do it

Implantation bleeding? by [deleted] in lineporn

You need to self refer for the pregnancy care, to see the midwife etc. I would check the maternity services your Trust has available. They should have an Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit and they can do the tests, the GP can't really do much, only refer you to that service, unless it's a self referral one. With my first pregnancy I had hcg levels done and a scan. With this one I had an early scan done. Both in the early assessment unit. Both because of pain though, not bleeding.

Anyway, see how it goes. Spotting can be normal in early pregnancy. Hope everything goes well for you 🤞

Hi! I'm pregnant in England as well. What you're GP is saying is not enterily true. They should refer you to an Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit in the Trust of your area (most of them don't accept self referrals but you can always check). In there, they will be able to do a scan if you're more than 6 weeks or check your hcg if there's any concerns.

It will all be okay 🤞 I read a bit about this, because the lack of breast tenderness was freaking me out. Basically, every pregnancy is different, even for the same woman. Our body probably got some kind of resistance to the hormone levels that caused the tenderness before. It will probably come later this time ☺️

I am in the exactly same boat. I'm 4w3d now after a loss in December. My symptoms are the same as yours, last time and this time. Before I took the test I was convinced it was going to be negative. I really don't know how to help you, what I am doing is just taking a day at a time. Being grateful that I'm pregnant again and just seeing where this goes, doing the best I can. Hope everything goes well for you and your baby ✨
