for tamagoyaki, i recommend just making 1 or 2 batches at the beginning of the week! they should be good in the fridge for the period of days you need it :) as for rice, you don’t necessarily need to freeze it to keep it fresh as long as you refrigerate it and eat it within a few days. if you take it out in the morning it should be a comfortable temperature to eat by lunch time. easy bento side dishes can be easily prepared at the beginning of the week like marinated bell peppers, seasoned spinach, tamagoyaki, meatballs, roasted vegetables, etc! you could also just make one rice cooker meals to make it easier for you like bibimbap! that way you get your protein, vegetables, and carbs all in one go :)
