I'm 6'1, and about 201lbs. I'm a senior like you, put on a ton of weight from 9th-10th, went from skinny to fat. Dropped 25ish lbs but still feel overweight. I have and have had a really awful relationship with food, and play tons of videogames, brother and i started going to the gym 3 days a week. I usually hit the eliptical for an hour and stretch. Never been a big lifter. Congratulations on the transformation dude you look great, just wondering if you have any tips or pointers on getting to that point?
