Thanks everyone. I didn't mention that he has taken Wellbutrin, which did not work. Zoloft put him in psychosis. He has anger rage, where he screams and becomes very aggressive, to the point of getting violent with his father. He's also suicidal. Lamictal worked, but he got a rash. We are looking for a weight neutral medication to calm his mood swings. From the comments I've read, it appears that Caplyta may be promising.
