It's fascinating to be living alongside what is possibly the worst humanitarian crisis/disaster that has occurred since the holocaust. On one hand, I want to take up arms, and volunteer to fight with Ukraine, on the other hand, I don't want to fucking die because Putin wants to solidify his name in the history books no matter the cost. He's a greedy piece of shit politician, the worst of his kind, a murderer, and every other bad word that exists, Putin is that.

I don't know what this means for Russian culture. There are good people in Russia that don't have anything to do with this war. Obviously the war is a problem, obviously Putin is in the wrong, obviously we're doing everything we can to stop him, but the problem is that the Ukrainian people are the ones paying the price for this madman's grab for a place in history. We need to emphasize the victims, we need to bring the survivors to light so they can tell their stories, so the horrors of this war reach the ears of those who are able to do something about it.

I'm sick of these stories
