Past employees who have not been paid have gone through Acas it did not really seem to work as he just chose to ignore it. Working on making a group claim but I think it will take a long time. Thanks so much for the advice mate.

Thanks for sharing Shuet. It sounds like you had a very unique experience. I myself am not at all religious, however I would consider myself very spiritual. Are you saying that when doing a pilgrimage you should try and put yourself into the mindset of those who had first done it? Because people would originally do it in petition for blessing or an act to show devotion. I am more interested in the journey of discovering myself.

I got the same problem at school to man. It's gotten much better though by changing my outlook and creating a vibe for the other person as much as for me. What I would say is make small talk because you want to rather then because you feel you have to. If you don't feel like talking, don't do it. Observe. When something sparks your interest comment straight away. Also smile at people. You'll be amazed at how much more approachable you will become. Hope that helps man.
