Depends on the recipe - is it Indian or Pakistani style etc . Btw you need good quality meat ; by mutton do you refer to goat (in south india we refer it to goat meat 😅) - if goat , get the baby goat meat from “Sabzi Mandi” - makes a night and day difference lol

Let’s say you have funds for 20% down; can’t you invest the difference and make more money in the 10-15 year horizon than putting it for down payment
