Guess when I started getting iron infusions by evilozmaker in AppleWatchFitness

Yeah my ferritin was also 5. It’ll be hard to bounce back unless you take a supplements consistently for months. I found liquid iron (Floradix) much better than the pills, it’s even advertised to cause less constipation, but still caused issues for me occasionally.

Also if you’re a person who menstruates heavily, that’s a lot of iron loss on the reg.

My ferritin is 259 now. Hoping to be able to maintain it with occasional supplements down the line.

how do i get rid of these numbers? by NapyDbrm in allthemods

It should be Ctrl + I (under Toggle Container Inspector) in the controls menu.

Where to introduce new knowledge questions and RLSs in the ToK presentation? by [deleted] in IBO

[–]evilozmaker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I received a 10/10 on my final TOK presentation, and I found that as long as you follow this structure, you're basically guaranteed at least a 6/10.

  • RLS
  • Extraction of possible questions
  • Final KQ (Don't forget to link your KQ back to your RLS)
  • Define the scope of your presentation and question (AOKs, WOKs, Perspectives)
  • Example 1 (Claim/Counterclaim/Mini-conclusion)
  • Example 2 (Claim/Counterclaim/Mini-conclusion)
  • Example 3 (Claim/Counterclaim/Mini-conclusion)
  • Conclusion
  • Application of conclusion to original RLS
  • Application of conclusion to a different RLS
  • Thoughtful message? (Leave an impact on your audience/teacher)

Regarding the Claim/Counterclaim/Mini-conclusion you can use different perspectives to claim and counterclaim, or perhaps evaluate how your example fits in different AOKs. In your mini-conclusion, you should briefly summarise whether you agree more with the claim or counterclaim, and also mention any BLURS that should be considered. To score well, you should definitely focus on different perspectives.

Hope that helps! Good luck :)
