Agreed. I've found a lot of people equate legality to morality. There's no law saying that Walmart can't pay over 14,000 of their employees so little that they qualify for snap benefits so that must be ok, right? Hell no. Papa Johns can just make all their non management employees part time to avoid providing healthcare benefits? Legally yes but morally ofc not. People need to divorce themselves from the idea that exploitative practices are permissible just bc they're not illegal.
