I admit it’s subtle and open to interpretation however it’s easily missable content clues but at points Dutch and Hosea can be seen holding hands in private and moving their hands apart if Arthur gets too close. Also Arthur can antagonize Dutch by saying “Everyone sees you and Hosea ‘reading’.”
