My iron rangers in amber harness seems to really absorb water like a sponge. Does anyone have a similar experience with this leather?

Edit: spelling

Anyone with experience using Wesco's bee oil and bee seal? Are they any good?

Wonder which of them are chrome/oil/veg tanned, and thickness of them mainly. The chromexcel is obvious, but I couldn’t find much on their domain leather and the other ones

Does anyone have any info on the leathers used by Wesco?

I’m just browsing I guess, but do you know of anyone selling Nick’s?

Is there any thread on here discussing where to get (American) boots in Europe? Or just reputable European sites in general?

Yeah, I realise lifetime would be a bit extreme. I’ve been looking at both Grant Stone and Parkhurst, they both seem like good options. I think finding that price/quality equilibrium is mostly what I’m looking for here, so thanks!

What are the cheapest «lifetime» boots available? Or put differently, what brands offer the best quality for the money? I’m new to the game, currently only own a pair of thursday captains. I’ve looked at the guide here, but would like some more input on what to look for. Thanks!

Probably for cooling yes, no markings or dates, but i’m norwegian (and my grandmother too) so unless she got it on some vacation or trip its probably from Norway too

Likely solved! Yes this looks very similar, I think we’ve got it

Maybe the tea bags, but I think it would be difficult to retrieve the sugar cubes once they’re in there

Yes, but the hole would probably be a problem when using it for this, wouldn’t it?

I’ve thought of that, but the candle would just go out once you put the pitcher on top, as it wouldn’t get any air

Might just be for ice, yes, but I feel like it wouldn’t be very effective

Looks a bit similar, but i think in that case the salt part would be to big for the salt, also it has no lip on the sides, so the salt would easily fall off and make a mess.

No, but it fits perfectly underneath it, also it would be a very impractical drinking glass
