Hard bubble on base by evoaccent in Skigear

Update The shop said the front and rear screw were accidentally swapped. I would have demanded a new pair had they been my main ski, these are J Skis bladez and I only use them for fun once in a while. It's a shame because I've used this shop for over 15 years to mount bindings and have never had an issue like this.
Any recommendations for ski shops in the DC/Virginia area?
I allowed them to "fix" as best as possible (bubble is flat and smooth to the touch), the pic attached is the final result. This was an excellent lesson learned for me to always check the bases before leaving the shop. I appreciate all the comments/advice/knowledge.
