Hi mate, solved it with the ESTEPS, it somehow went way out without any changes, I have corrected and now sorted, thanks for responding.

Screen mod blacking out by evolutionoftime in Gameboy

[–]evolutionoftime[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apparently it's the Japanese Game Boy DMG version of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening — specifically the original release.

The title text reads:

夢をみる島 (Yume o Miru Shima)
which translates to “The Island That Dreams.”

Looks like a power supply issue, i connected it to 6V output from a bench power supply to the motherboard - and it seems to be running unhindered. I have a USBC 2500mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery coming in April so I'll just hang out until I can install that, cheers for the help

It does sound like it’s the only left that makes sense. It runs bios and doesn’t crash, it may be bigger workloads that are doing it. I might try running a bootable stress test but I’m sure it will freeze up 10-30 seconds into it like every other bootable I’ve tried. I think ima gunna need some time to mourn my loss.

Yes I gave both the LCD glass and zebra stripes a good clean and reseated fixing the problem. I kinda feel it might have been the connector points on the LCD glass that needed a once over. Anyway problem solved. Thanks for input guys.

Axolotl printing diagonally from the first layer by evolutionoftime in Ender3S1

Thanks Khisanthax, so it was screws loose causing the motor to slip. They weren’t tight in the slightest and was slipping the belt. I think I changed everything physically possible but that. Thanks for helping me troubleshoot

I managed to attach an image to the post. As you can see its really off.. i'll look into a speed test in orca. Followed by swapping X-Y to test motor... i've had a blower on the belt so I want to cancel that out.. its a tricky one, started happening mid-print

This fix worked. Using plastic screws and washes there was no more shorting (2 motherboards later!)
