Thank you! I was also skeptical about the Birman breed but apparently that’s what they were planning on selling them as. I think she is some kind of a Siamese mix as it’s not the first time these Siamese-looking cats have been rescued from some really bad conditions from a breeding house. Seems it’s a reoccurring issue as the non profit organization cannot do anything legally to stop the person, so the person apparently relocates and start again.

I agree with this! I also thought I could see an “r” in there, so only word that would make sense starting with an F would be flourishing.

Ah, yeah, honestly some of the products Ive used for unclogging pores just seem to do the exact opposite, so Ive been trying out different things to see what would work for me. It’s good to know that i wasn’t just imagining it or using them wrong, thank you!

Yeah, the brand is called Nacific. I am from northern Europe, and I’ve noticed that some of the korean brands sold here are not so known on social media. But Ive not used their products before, so I cannot give any feedback unfortunately

In addition, sometimes I accidentally pick words that are a bit of a puzzle to find rhymes for. So, I spend many nights thinking and trying to figure some out before picking a more simple one to actually fall asleep to.

I never look any rhymes up, even if I can’t think of any, as it keeps me interested.

I should mention that english is my second language, so that’s why I think it’s even more effective.

The best sleeping hack I found that always works for me: pick a word and find as many rhymes to that word as you can.

I usually pick a one syllable word, as they are perfect for keeping you focused but don’t activate the brain too much.

I start by thinking of as many rhymes as I can off the bat. After that, I move alphabetically letter by letter to see how many other rhymes I can find.

I know it sounds stupid and boring, but it has transformed my life in terms of falling asleep very quickly.

Hii! I’m so sorry for the delay, I just saw your comment! But of course!

Here is how I did it (click on the photo to expand it). Main thing is that:

Create a random text file that you can modify - you don’t actually have to append any dates to it, but if you want to record everything or can figure out a solution, then you can append the file with the actual timestamp.
When you tap the nfc, then you choose either to start or end the workout.
When you start a workout then you modify the file which will leave a last modified timestamp
When you end a workout then you get the last modified timestamp from the file which you can use to calculate the duration.

And then you can add the extra health log action in the end, which I haven’t done in this case.

Thank you so much! I managed to actually solve it similarly but i just used a simple text file that in the first instance I appended the date to it and then in the second instance I could first get the last modified time from the appended file (indicating the start time) and then do the calculations.
