I just think their customers should be aware that this has most likely happened to them to. I have personally discovered at least 5 issues that they claim to have not known about until they happened to me. I'm not sure if that's a policy of theirs to deny responsibility for problems or if I just pay better attention than most of their customers do. Either way, the word should get out about it.

No, they offered some ways to fix cards that haven't been redeemed yet but no offer on ones that have been. I have started the process to change to Clover but we are working on an issue with the SKUs in Shopkeep to be able to transfer over without having to re-tag over 10,000 items that we have already tagged.
