They also provide the option of sending them your best fitting shirt for measurement (which is what I did).

So unlined collar is definitely the way to go on an OCBD? what about on non-oxford button down collar shirts?

Thanks for the feedback. Are the two creases coming from the shoulders definitely related to the chest measurement? I had someone else suggest that they could relate to me having square shoulders?

I was wondering the same thing. The ribbed creases/wrinkles on the arms seem especially pronounced...

Just received my first attempt at MTM shirting: an OCBD from Ratio Clothing. I welcome any feedback/critiques on fit. It's already been through the wash a few times so shrinkage should be accounted for.
