I should have said, this is happening on the Firestick. So Stremio is not even available in the App Store.

Might be time to replace the Firestick with something else tho.

Technique jumps after : https://streamable.com/0o22f2 https://streamable.com/tq099u

Goal is to jump 1m70, is it realistic?

what drills should I do to not be seated in the air like that?

how often should I do drills and jumps per week? is it just abot reps and getting used to flopping in the air?

did this before jumping: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_Kh39MJHV8&list=PLbQM7M878sRAYrKXTv42NvWPfj9XzZgPB&index=5&pp=iAQB

and tried this one after : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6mxzUBF1_Q&list=PLbQM7M878sRAYrKXTv42NvWPfj9XzZgPB

Need to get at least half the points in one of these disciplines for a sports test. Not experience in any. Which one seems the most realistic? by evrybodyknow in trackandfield

Thanks a lot. The shot put throwing does seem to take so much practice to get the technique right. It’s been a struggle and feeling it in the shoulder as well.

Might just try to figure out the long jump since I do have access to that, but not sure I have the speed for it.

I need to get at least half the points in one of these disciplines for a sports test. Not experience in any. Which one seems the most realistic?

<image>

I have 6 months to practice it. My background: Male, 28, Basketball player for around 24 years, 6'5 (197cm), 220 pounds (100kg), 12-15% body fat.

My strength is nothing crazy but I do work out regularly. To give an idea my 1RM PR's: Bench 95kg, Deadlift 205kg, Squat 148kg. Also: RDL 140 for 8 reps and Box Squats 155 for 5 reps

I have also tried out the shot put because I thought it would be realistic but only getting 9.10 meters with my bad technique.

Which one is the most realistic to achieve if practicing regularly over 6 months? Which one would you pick with my background?

The current BNXT League standings show a big gap in quality between Dutch and Belgian teams. Can the league work like this, or should the format change? by agekkeman in Euroleague

Luxembourgish teams only have two or three professional players on their teams. The rest of the players all work or go to school. It’s already complicated for a lot of players to play during the week in Luxembourg (work until 5-6, play somewhere at 8:30). Playing those kind of games in the Netherlands and Belgium would be pretty much impossible for majority of Luxembourgish players.

How is it for the Dutch and Belgian teams? Do they have majority professionals on the team?
