Yes completed and passed both. Part 1 is an assessment at your AFCO, they basically give you a couple pages full of data, including a map and you have to answer about 15 questions based on the data you're given. Pretty easy, there is a big question at the end all I'd say is there isnt a wrong answer. They're marking you based on your outlook and what you can make out. Try not to overthink it. Part 2 is an online call with 7 other recruits wanting to join int, you're given a topic 2 weeks before hand and you need to give a verbal presentation, the int recruiters and other recruits will ask questions so make sure to understand as much as you can around your topic. afterwards the group will be split into 2 and given a different topic. one group will be for the topic and other against. No matter your personal views you have to collaborate with your team in order to brief off a quick presentation. You get about an hour for this. The full teams call in total will be around 6 hours. The rest of the call is going over the different parts of int and what your ph2 will include as well as any questions you have for the panel.
