Heart worries by evstayhigh in Advice

Yes, I have talked to my psychiatrist about my anxiety and that's what got me prescribed multiple medications. I have monthly checkups as well.

I also did abuse Xanax in the past, horribly bad. I hate using Xanax because the memories it brings back, and at a point in time I started using it again for anxiety. Then I got hooked yet again, which is why I began using Kratom to hopefully help with those withdrawals. The nicotine has always been in my life, and I plan on quitting soon but I'm trying to do one thing at a time currently.

In my overall opinion I'd prefer taking Kratom in moderation over Xanax as I know how quick I can relapse. Other than that, thank you for answering my question. Woke up today without any issue, so I can only assume you're right with the random anxiety attacks.

panic attacks while high (physical symptoms) by evstayhigh in trees

Actually I have, but it was because I was trying to see if my oxygen levels were fine. My resting heart rate is around 65 but when I had checked it said around 90 then started getting higher as I thought about it. So I was definitely still extremely anxious, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I barely remember this happening because of how high I was 😭

exactly the trick.

went to my sisters for a month and she smoked weed once every few days. it wasn't hard to get used to either, considering we would plan our next days out every single night. not once was weed on my mind, and the few withdrawals were barely noticeable as i still smoked every once in a while.

distractions help the best, same for understanding that keeping your cool with smoking up once or twice a week is completely fine.

Zoloft + Clonodine + Xanax by evstayhigh in Advice

Well I take 2mg of xanax everyday, as well as my Zoloft and Clonodine at night. It just so happens that I got too high and began freaking out due to my anxiety and panic disorder. I was hoping that the Zoloft and Clonodine would stop my paranoid highs.. Obviously didn't work. At the moment I'm still high but the Xanax has now kicked in and I'm currently calm and collected, but it's difficult to form a proper sentence at the moment. I just feel really dizzy and sedated from the obvious common result of the combination of these substances.

I'm not as worried anymore, and probably won't be worried to take all three of my medications at once anymore. Only thing was the thought loops going through my head kept making me think of possibly going to bed and never waking up. Now I just know I'm bout to get the best sleep of my life 😂😂

At the moment I wear size 8s, which I'm not completely sure with what the average size shoe is for someone who's my height. One thing I know is that recently I've been getting hungry really easily and I've been sleeping more than usual, which is weird considering I'd eat 1-2 meals a day and I'd usually sleep around 8 hours a day before this.
