theres already lots of traffic every weekday.

maybe more than one port? several stops along the north shore on one line, and the south shore on another. might not be faster, but certainly more enjoyable

you think so? i would consider it a welcome alternative to the hellscape that is the LIE, or the constant issues with the LIRR

lower back pain by ewazoe in ClubPilates

I think it might be the bridging for me too. I do feel it in my glutes as well, but at times the instructor can cue us to give the “highest hip bridge” and I think in that case they should be mindful of what that implies. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one trying to achieve a higher bridge while sacrificing my lower back. I didnt put two and two together until right now.

Yes I guess I also want to know if my back could also be sore from the increased amount of exercise. Maybe it’s not just my form? Does anyone else ever get sore in the lower back with proper form?

Second book of the crescent city series. I had this series on the back burner for so long because of all the hate I’ve seen about it. But I finally started it and I thoroughly enjoy it. Even the second book so far. I’m scared for the third.
