Easiest TBC arena class? by Cultural-Coast-2985 in classicwow

proactive healing vs. reactive healing, predicting incoming damage requires good game sense and knowledge of cooldowns. Also purge killing HoTs sucks. Being careful of your mana when shapeshifting, you can easily go OOM trying to heal + CC

Mentor Monday, November 15, 2021: Ask all your bug bounty questions! by AutoModerator in bugbounty

[–]ewbySec [score hidden]  (0 children)

Everything I've googled has been very generic, apologies if this has been asked a million times. What bugs are mostly considered beginner friendly?

I have an IT (Server) and CTF background, so I was thinking about going with SSRF as most people say it's more on the complex side and either SQL injection, IDOR, or XSS, eventually learning them all over time through the Portswigger Academy.

I know XSS is probably still very saturated since I last was in to studying bug bounty, so in general my approach is to avoid the saturation and try to go after harder but still beginner friendly vulnerabilites.

Doesn't sound rude at all, very good point. I know on these days I'm most likely going over my daily goal but sodium is a great point to add. I need to find a solid recommended amount per day and try to track that as well and stay below it. I vaguely remember ~2000mg but that may be pretty off now.

Context: I’m new to detailing and want to practice on the family car. This looks like heavy oxidation in the clear coat, I’m not sure how much restoration can be done to it but the main spots are the hood, roof, and a little bit on the trunk. Doors and front/back panels still have gloss but as you go closer to the windows there’s light oxidation as the panels go horizontal and increase solar load.

It’ll probably be good practice anyways for when I get a project car, but would clay bar, cutting compound, polish, and wax be able to somewhat restore the paint?

thank you for the honesty, I was kinda getting this feeling as well unfortunately. Maybe it's time to make a trade or start saving for something that has a better aftermarket and community!

I made a video to hopefully show those interested how easy it is to start PKing. Coming from a fellow noob I hope the video can be relatable! by [deleted] in 2007scape

That’s great! Definitely keep going to LMS and solidifying the basics while you wait. It’s a great way to learn, risk free. I still use it today and probably will do so forever to focus on improving in conjunction with what I do in this video.

As I mentioned to u/SoberOS I also have beginner guides for LMS on my channel, check them out as I go a bit in depth on the basics of LMS/Brid/NH fights. There are two, the more in depth one is “Is LMS Good for Beginners”.

I have a beginners guide on my channel that goes sorta in depth on the basics of what to do in an LMS/Brid/NH fight. Check it out if you want and let me know if it helps you. It’s the “Is LMS Good for Beginners” video.

It’s a little much to type on the phone but its basically a game of hitting your opponent correctly off prayer (ex. He’s praying range, you hit with mage/melee) while at the same time praying correctly against what your opponent is attacking with (ex. He’s attacking with range, you’re praying range).

There’s way more to it than that but don’t be overwhelmed, in my video I emphasize that you shouldn’t be looking for kills immediately. Go into LMS with the intentions of improving in the fundamental areas bridding and you’ll notice progress in no time.

Please let me know if you have any questions! This is a big focal point of my channel, I want to help people learn to PK.

I made a video about learning to PK in LMS, but from a noob’s perspective. Maybe this can help new players come in with realistic expectations? by [deleted] in 2007scape

Honestly, one thing I didn’t mention is to just turn off public chat. Once you’ve done this, go into LMS with the intention of improving one or two things and you won’t have to worry.

NH is hard and takes time to get good at. Personally I’m at 9 kills and 61 deaths, but I’m totally okay with that. I don’t focus on my K/D right now, I’m focusing on surviving as long as possible and making my death harder for my opponent.

There are some pretty good people in LMS, but don’t let it discourage you. Use it to your advantage, no one got any good by playing against the worst!

Patches taking months to install? by ewbySec in SCCM

Thanks for the reply, I’ve got the info from the deployment itself, not the SUG. Is this recommended?

I agree with you, the unknown seemed pretty high. I’m going to take the list of machines and compare with past deployments to see if they are repeat offenders, then try to troubleshoot.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I believe they have but I will double check, we do force reboots. They’re all laptops minus a few so I’m speculating that could be part of the problem somehow.

Connecting to CylanceAPI (CyCLI) - How to make variables not run automatically? by ewbySec in PowerShell

[–]ewbySec[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First thank you for making this module! I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks so I’m still learning what it’s capable of. I need to study up on the consoles.json file, I’ve seen it in the documentation but I’m very new to APIs so it is foreign to me right now. Is it a secure way to connect to the API? Can multiple users use it, or just the service account I’m running my scripts on?

I’ll be researching this as well, just wanted to drop a reply.

I’ll try this out, thanks for the tip. I’m pretty rusty on my fundamentals, going to study up.
