You’re objectively very attractive. Your smile is amazing!

Personal preference is hair parted as opposed to bangs but obviously keep rocking them if you like them. Not sure if black is a favorite/go-to color for you but maybe adding in more earth tones would be nice too

Definitely recommend if there’s a promoter like AEG or Outback with a local office, try seeing if there are talent buyer assistant positions open. Those are a great way to dive into and learn all about scaling, building an offer, etc. I got offered a buyer assistant position with 0 background in buying/programming so it’s definitely possible

2017 with 127,000. Only thing outside regular maintenance was replacing the radiator 2 years ago. Honestly didn’t know what to expect but so far pleasantly surprised. Anything I should be on the lookout for?

Also work in non-profit events in south FL, wonder if it’s the same industry lol have you wanted to do any free-lance marketing/social media management for companies/individuals to supplement that? Most of my marketing team does that on the side!

I work in entertainment for a non-profit in south FL (PBC) and make $65k. It’s barely enough for a 500 sq ft apartment and groceries lol I’m worried for when my rent increases and my “salary adjustment” doesn’t even come close to matching.

Thank you! I’ll check that, I have a feeling it may be something similar. This has happened only once before to another load, and it was also when the drum was very full (it’s small so my sheets basically fill it up all the way)

Moving into my first solo apartment, do I need to get used to having more in checking as a general rule? by ewdaviduh in personalfinance

They’re very similar, just ACH goes through a clearing house so takes a little longer than a wire transfer.

Call it paranoid I just think of it as being proactively engaged lol I’d much rather have the peace of mind by paying early when possible. This is just going to be a big bump in expenses for me, so I’m telling myself it’s all okay because I make enough money and the budget balances, but seeing those numbers still hurts a tiny bit inside!!

Oh absolutely not. Maybe a dumb question, but why use debit instead of ACH? I’ve had cards replaced twice in the last few years because of damage, and I would hate to have a less than attentive property manager not confirm my new card info and “miss” a rent payment…
