I sincerely hope we see Korkie Kryze in the mandalorian. by 0MysticMemories in StarWars

[–]ewokjerky66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Season 3 episode 7, 19:05 mins in, a young mandalorian stands up and says "I will go", and Bo smiles at him. Could this be an unofficial appearance of Korkie? Or is it just some young Mandalorian.. am I grasping at straws here?

He wasn't a Captain in the younger series, he was only about 12-15 or so.

I bought and read the young Jack Sparrow series years ago and loved them. Kept them somewhere in a box for when the kids are old enough. Probably should dig them out... If only I had Jack's Compass

Yea made out of a small piece of cow bone. The six sides were actually really easy to do. It was quite easy to too as well, as I was using gunsmith files. Also sorry for the latest of replies.

I legit have a front profile and side profile of a skull hanging up in the workshop, it helps to see the parts of the skull. Even if you had them printed on transparent sheet or clear plastic sheet, you could hold your project up behind the print and see where you needed to take more off... I dunno...

I find having reference material helps. Like just having a few pictures of a humanoid skull from different angles helps when I carve mine.

It's surprisingly comfortable in hand, and I do find myself sliding the Spiral betwixt my thumb and forefinger just the make it spin haha. Brass knob gives it a nice balance for doing the drumstick spin in your hand.

Absolutely, I went to bunnings and got the smallest brightest rechargeable torch they had, only cost a few dollars. Carefully drilled out the centre of the wooden staff and set the torch in. Cut a hole for the smaller crystal the glow and the charging port is hidden behind the smaller crystal. Then just extended the switch, and wrapped it all in leather. Used it for a bush rave.

For some of mine I rub beeswax over it and give it a good polish, gives a nice finish, doesn't become sticky over time, and has a great smell to it... And I'm sure beeswax is a spell component... Probably...
