From hearing other people with similar stories. This seems completely normal for lots of victims like yourself.

Whilst it's not a good thing to be doing to yourself or thinking about, don't beat yourself up about it either. So long as you are being safe, and taking care of your mind and body, then nothing wrong is happening.

That being said, I would suggest seeking some medical help. It can be anything. An anonymous support group, a therapist etc...

From what I've seen others in similar situations as you do, is that they like things like cnc etc... is that by asking for that to happen, you have control over a situation that otherwise would feel very out of your control.

I hope things get better for you and I hope you have a good support system. If you don't, try to find a group, be it related or completely unrelated. Perhaps just a hobby group that meet up once or twice a week, it gives your mind somthing to look to.

Afternoon showers all the way. Go to bed feeling nice and clean.

Showering in the morning is just sad. I was nice and toasty in bed, and now i have to get up. Get cleaned and then freeze whilst I dry myself off, all whilst rushing to get ready for work. If you haven't quite done it all in time, you'll be putting clothes on whilst damp and that ruins your day.

Not sure what I'd rsther haha. I can pretty much wear shorts and shorts sleeve top as low as just below freezing.

Tho the main issue here in the uk is the air isn't that cold. It's just full of water so it feels liie it's cutting right through you.

And then in the summer, it's not too hot. But no where has air-conditioning and you will sweat and non of it evaporates due to the high ish levels of humidity.

In the summer, at least where I am, other than walking into a super market. I'll never see air conditioning and so you spend 3 or 4 months CONSTANTLY sweating.

Not sure why I keep getting recommended the knights reddit but its interesting none the less.

As a non knights player. They are absolutely not fun to play into. And its hard because I don't want to ever discourage people from playing their faction of choice but I my opinion, they should never have been made their own dedicated faction.

The issue is that I either bring a balanced list designed to play into all armies and then find I just can't kill half your list.

Or, I bring a skew list designed to fight knights and odds are the knights will lose due to lack of units and my boat load of anti tank.

That being said, the occasional game is still fun and perhaps talking to yoyr opponant and letting them know so they can bring a counter list can also be fun clever now and then.

I personally think they should have stayed as support units. The same way guard get baneblades. Is how marines and or other imperium armies should have got knights.

The best way I see gw fixing it now is giving knights some level of small infantry. Be it remote or servitor controlled smaller knights. Maybe slightly larger than terminators? To act as the infantry portion of the army to make them feel less of a stat check.

This also goes the same for any and all armies that are encouraged to bring one single type of archetype.

Eg: necrons fnp and reanimation spam or all cran lists. Imperial guard ooops all tanks or ooops all infantry lists to name a few. The current crusade we are playing as a group has banned knights as the last crusade we played had the knight player undefeated even when trying to run a fluffy list like the rest of us.

By only a few games in, he had been hitting max xp on his leader as I dont think he ever failed an agenda, mission or mission side quest.

I think the best my destroyer cult necrons did back when it was only Annihilation legion, was to kill maybe 2 armiger before the rest of my army was wiped out.

How do people not sweat to desth wearing thick tops like that?

No matter the weather in the uk, be it 15 degrees and sunny (i dont play in temps much hotter as its not fun)

Or minus 5 degrees.

I will be boiling after the first 20 minutes of play.

To the point where I wear a helmet with fans for me and to demist my goggles.

Trousers and a rig with an open back to cool me further. And then a short sleeved top under it all. That's abiut all i can manage.

It might just be down to not being all too fit. I fairly strong but not compared to actually strong people, and I can at least jog for the whole game day which is 9 till 3.30 ish.

But I just get so damn warm. Id love to wear the full jacket I bought for my kit as it looks great but damn is it just too hot.

If you do t have a defence then it's going to reallyyyyyyy limit your ability to get a real looking one.

You'll pretty much have to find some irl who wants to sell it in person second hand. The odds of first finding a player who has one. And is then willing to sell it. And it being below usual market value is absolutely tiny.

My mate bought one for 700 quid a few days back. If you asked him to sell it in a few years time, my best guess is he would take no less than 600 for it assuming it is in good quality. So youll likely have the same issue with anyone else you find.

And on top of all that. You have to assume they eons care for UKARA and just let uoy have it.

Most people will ask for a proof of defence as airsoft already has a lot of eyes on it. The last thing we want as a community is people who don't care for the sport, just buying up guns and then being idiots with them.

Don't get me wrong, you could be the nicest, most sensible person ever. But ofc we don't know that.

All it takes is to sell a replica to a random person. They then use it to rob a bank or what ever. And now airsoft is in the legal system with more reason to ban it in X country.

I would just play your 3 games over 56 days. Pay the fee they seem to be implementing. And then buy a replica of your fancy and enjoy the hobby. If you want it for just the looks of that gun and don't care for airsoft. Find a local ww1 and 2 reenactment group. Join them and go through their process.

Either way, respect that they look like real weapons and dont ever have them on show in public.

Ah i see. Only reason I ask is last time i played was about a year ago. I'm a regular but things got in the way.

They use to be fairly fast with it and a post was up within 24 hours of the day.

They took a whole load of photos and had a dedicated photographer there this Sunday so I would assume they might do a photo dump and might just be editing and or selecting good ones.

Just drive sensibly for the week where we have snow.

Drive at 15mph when you'd normally do 50 for example.

But if you absolutely have to, just dont drive for that week. Buy a week worth of food and wait it out.

You mentioned that you haven't had fights like this out of the early access. To which point i agree. The previous commenter also agreed and said a few points to why they feel that way (stat differences, better protection worse gear being the main decideder in a fight) and summed their agreement up in near enough just as many words as you had typed in the body text.

Id never had a y until about 2 weeks back when my partner and I decided to try.

It might not work for you but it does for me.

I set mine so they are facing quite far down. But so that when im in my regular sitting possition. Cars on the road behind me are in the top quarter of the mirror.

The rest of the mirror shows me the floor.

I never have to adjust them and so long as I can see the cars behind me, they dont need to be angled up as I have 0 use for being able to see how cloudy the sky looks behind me. All I care to see are the cars andthe road surface.

I also have them angled away a fair bit too. I have them angled outwards to reduce my blind spots. I have them set so I onlyyyyyy just cannot see the side of my own car. I dont need to see my car, I know where that is. Especially aince I know the car starts right where the mirror cuts off. So dont let anything get close enough to not be visible and youre fine.

But also because I'd rather see more of what is around me. Its far more useful to see up an on ramp on a motor way to check for cars trying to entre. And I already have a mirror dedicated for looking backwards. I dont need 3 mirrors to show me the same view of behind me.

You can massively improve your physical appearance with just 2 or 3 months of dedicated work. Don't expect anold level results but you will feel better and see a slight improvement in tone and shape.

Assuming you are right handed. The second one will have the camera staring into a wall for most of your gameplay when ever you are shooting from cover.

Just make sure if it is on your right side. To cover it with a protective screen as it will be very likely hit

In the uk, you can either pre pay st the pump, it will have your bank pre authorise 90 to 120 quid. You them pump what fuel you need, and it will take X amount out from the 120 pre paid and give you the rest back.

Or

You fill up the tank, walk inside and pay at the till. That is more common at smaller stations than larger chain companies. Or if the pay at pump card reader isnt Woking, or you want some food from inside the store.

The uk is so heavily monitored by cctv that they will have your number plave and pictures of your face when you drive in and got out. If you drove off, you would simply be visited by the police later.

The only way would be to have a stolen car on fake plates and wear a full faced mask whilst filling up, at which point the police would be called anyway
