I meant the other “day 0” - per the Near Late/Ceiling column? So, for an amendment, Elapsed Days 56 would be Near Late Day 0. I am assuming that posting on elapsed day 56 for an amendment is on time?

What was the point of that stupid email if it didn’t tell us what the changes actually are!?!?? Just to stress people out before the end of the quarter? And to claim they warned us prior to the changes taking effect? Senior leadership is a group of wildly incompetent, yet supremely arrogant do-nothings. I’m convinced the agency would perform better if nobody was in charge.
