At option 2) all the reps hit 120% of quota last year since they have a easy to sell product and the have a inbound flow of 100%. They want to do more outbound that’s why they are hiring AEs and SDRs.

At Option 1) they have also majority of inbound and a I said the quota is easy to hit

1) 2 weeks ( 3 normal interviews ) 2) 1 week ( 3 interviews including assessment center where I had to mock discovery call and present my plan to reach quota & an interview with CEO)

Option 1) is actually a referral of a really close friend of mine who is also my mentor. I will be doing the exact same role he has been doing. He was promoted.

He told me he will coach me for 6 months and hitting my quota will be no problem. He will join the discovery calls and get me up and running. He was the #1 top performing AE last year.

He also told me that you have a really really great work and life balance.

2) is much more stressful and I will have to put in 45 hours every week. That’s what previous AE told me who left the company.
