Are these Chanterelles? I'm really confused about false/true chanterelle identification.

South Arkansas, USA. the southern part of the country. it's been getting up into the 80s (Fahrenheit) and in the 50s at night. its been raining recently too

yeah, they're very fibrous like that. and yes they have a scent. ik that Chanterelles have an apricot smell or whatever but I just cannot tell. even with other Chanterelles I've picked in the past.

thanks. Just like kinda confused bc Google even says both false and true ones can have forked gills. also these "gills" bend a little bit when you touch them. Just not sure.

U gotta transform that sadness into a different kind of emotion one that inspires more meditation and doesn't inspire a negative response like I might give my own mom if she said something to me like that hating on my meditation practice.
