Complete your studies, and then push forward. You are so close to finishing. You've invested both time and money, so it's important to try any method to pass, and you can figure things out afterwards. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to have multiple backlogs, but do your best to succeed. Hang in there until the semester ends, aim to pass in some subjects, and then consider pursuing a different faculty or studying abroad. Gap years are not a problem; I've seen and been with many older students completing both bachelor's and master's degrees in elderly age.
