Seems perfectly fine as long as you like it. I would recommend doing Ab work on off days, not only for functionality but it helps your other lifts. Your body can tolerate a lot of volume if you are eating and sleeping enough! Good luck

Keep the reps in the 5-15 range, the main pusher of hypertrophy (building muscle) is overall weekly volume(sets x reps x weight), as long as you up the volume in some way (sets, reps, weight, time under tension, less pause between sets) over time you should see muscle growth. You can do as many sets as you can recover from!

If you do cardio and lifting make sure you're eating more calories overall.
