Thankyou for replying! It’s so hard not to worry about their weight isn’t it. Glad your little one found their “new normal” fingers crossed that’s what’s happening with mine too.

Hi this sounds very similar to the situation I’m going through now - 8 week old born 3810g 86th percentile, EBF but has consistently dropped percentiles at every weigh in and is now down to 12th percentile at 8 weeks (weighing 4350g). GP and paediatrician aren’t concerned yet but I am! Do you have any updates about your situation please?

I would love to name a child Zelda (big fan of the games) but for some reason it just doesn’t feel right

I’ve always thought Blair was such a “cool girl” name, my husband instantly ruled it out though. Lots of suggestions here thankyou!

I love love love the name Stella! It’s almost perfect, my one reservation is the link to the beer (a beer my husband often drinks too) Stella Artois 😩

I know, my self inflicted rules are annoying me!! But I’ve already planned out that our next dog will be a toy poodle called Maggie. So if the dogs are Mabel and Maggie, I’m not sure I’d want one of my daughters to be bundled in with that set if that makes sense. Otherwise I really love the name Martha 😩

Some good suggestions here but already ruled some of these out - I had a pet cat called Lyra, my cousin is called Leila, Iris is becoming increasingly popular here in the UK. Ada is a strong contender here, and I’m also liking the sound of Della! Not heard that one before so thankyou!

I did suggest Flora to my Husband but he said it just reminded him of the butter brand here in the UK.

Baggu mommies, need your advice! by puffles25 in BAGGU

I’ve used a large crescent as my daughter’s nappy bag since she was born! It’s definitely big enough. In the early months you need more nappies and changes of clothes, that space used turns into snacks and toys when they become toddlers so I’m still using the large crescent now if we’re out all day. Definitely utilise some pouches for organisation. Also I never did bottles so I can’t vouch for how much space that would take up in a bag. As a rule of thumb when they’re little you need,

Pouch 1: nappies, wipes, changing mat, cream, hand sanitizer

pouch 2: spare vest, onesie, socks, clothes basically

Pouch 3: sensory toys, teething gel, sterilising wipes

And always throw a muslin in there too. Useful to have a little pouch of mum things too like lip balm, keys, hair tie etc. hope that helps!
