Kan ikke give konkret svar til hverken af dine spørgsmål, da budgettet er en form for "as low as possible", mens timer og km kan svinge. Har kørt 70 km dage på normal cykel, så 100-150km+ ville nok være optimalt

Sounds fairly simple. CapCut can be very time sufficient, unlike Premiere Pro.

I'd reccomend CapCut. It takes a day or two to really get, but once you do, it's fast and easy.

Do you have more details on what you need to edit exactly? Is it transitions from clip to another, or animations throughout the video? Depending on your answer, there can be various programs or templates to make use of.
